Terms & Conditions
Common Sense Prevails.
We pour concrete for a living, not paperwork. Heco Concrete is a Houston crew that shows up, does the work right, and stands behind it. We would rather shake your hand than hand you a contract. The world being what it is, a few pages of plain language keep everyone protected. Read it once, treat us fair, and we will do the same. That is the whole deal.

1. General
By requesting an estimate or engaging Heco Concrete LLC ("Heco Concrete," "we," "us") for any service, you agree to these Terms. We may decline or discontinue work at our discretion. You must be at least 18 and authorized to approve work at the property in question.
2. Estimates & Quotes
Estimates are based on the information and site access available at the time. Final pricing may change if conditions differ from what was described — buried utilities, poor soil, additional excavation, access limits, design changes, or material-cost shifts. We will tell you before performing work that exceeds the original scope. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
3. Concrete Work & Site Conditions
The client is responsible for providing clear, safe access to the work area and for identifying private utility lines, irrigation, septic, and similar items not covered by public utility locates. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked private lines or for pre-existing conditions. Removal of existing structures, trees, or debris is not included unless listed in the estimate.
4. Scheduling, Weather & Curing
Concrete is weather-dependent. We may reschedule pours for rain, temperature, or ready-mix availability without penalty. Fresh concrete must be kept clear of foot traffic, vehicles, pets, and loads until it has cured — typically 24 hours for foot traffic and up to 7 days or more for vehicles, depending on conditions. Damage caused by using the surface too early is not our responsibility.
5. Payments
Deposits, progress payments, and final balances are due per the agreed schedule. Work performed is billable. Deposits reserve crew time and material orders and are non-refundable once scheduling or materials have been committed. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed by Texas law, and we may suspend work on accounts in arrears.
6. Warranty & Concrete Characteristics
We warrant our workmanship against defects in installation for one (1) year from completion, covering labor to correct a qualifying defect. Concrete is a natural material: hairline cracks, surface crazing, minor color and shade variation, efflorescence, and movement at control joints are normal and are not defects. The warranty does not cover damage from soil movement, tree roots, settling, improper use, added loads, de-icing chemicals, or work altered by others.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the work. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Heco Concrete LLC and its owners, employees, and subcontractors from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of completed work, or conditions at your property that were not disclosed to us.
9. Premises & Personal Safety
Active job sites contain hazards — wet concrete, rebar, equipment, and uneven ground. Keep children, pets, and unauthorized persons away from the work area. Entry into an active work zone is at your own risk. Report any hazard to the crew lead immediately. This assumption of risk is binding on you, your household, and your heirs.
10. Photography & Likeness
We may photograph completed work for our portfolio and marketing. Photos are of the work itself, not identifying details of your property or family. If you prefer we not photograph your project, tell us before the pour and we will honor it.
11. Intellectual Property
This website, its content, the Heco Concrete name, and our logo are our property and may not be copied or reused without permission.
12. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
We would rather talk it out. If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, it will be settled by binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas, under the rules of a recognized arbitration body, with no jury and no class actions. Each party bears its own costs, except that a party bringing a frivolous claim may be responsible for the other's reasonable fees. Texas law governs these Terms.
13. Privacy
We collect only what we need to quote and complete your project — name, contact details, and project information. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the people working on your job or when required by law.
14. Miscellaneous
These Terms are the entire agreement between us regarding their subject matter. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these Terms; the version in effect when you engage us applies to that project.
